Due to the nature of our products (cannabis seeds), we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

We make no guarantees regarding legality in your area or customs clearance for any shipment.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Order was never shipped (refund will be processed within 5-7 business days)
  • Order was damaged in transit (contact us immediately with photos)
  • Order was incorrect (we sent the wrong product)
  • Payment was processed but order was not created due to system error

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us via Discord with the following information:

  • Your order ID
  • Reason for refund request
  • Transaction signature (if applicable)
  • Photos (if order was damaged or incorrect)

Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund Timing

Refund timelines vary by payment method and are provided as ranges:

  • Review time: up to 7 business days
  • Crypto refunds (Solana Pay): 1-5 business days after approval
  • Stripe refunds (credit card): 5-10 business days after approval

Germination Guarantee

We do not guarantee germination rates as many factors can affect seed viability, including storage conditions, growing environment, and handling after purchase.

However, if you experience issues with your seeds, please contact us via Discord and we'll work with you to find a solution.
